Jill Francoforte opened Palmer Kennedy in November 2022 after seeing a need in the Williamson County area for a new consignment concept. Palmer Kennedy, or PK for short, is an online and pop-up boutique consignment shopping experience offering high quality items at deeply discounted prices. We feature brand new items and gently used items for women and children. By operating with the pop-up shop business model, we keep our overhead low and are able pass those amazing savings on to you!

There are several ways to shop with PK!

Pop-ups give you the opportunity to shop in person in a unique environment and try on clothes. We have been busy popping up in Williamson County at local businesses and the homes of our Palmer Kennedy girls who love to host! We bring so many amazing, seasonal items from our consignors that will fill your closets with super cute things at a fraction of the retail price! Who doesn't want to pay up to 70% off of retail for their favorite brands?

With consignor permission, Palmer Kennedy donates unsold inventory to two local ministries in Franklin, Tennessee. We donate to The Church of the City's Wrap Around Closet, which provides for foster families in need. We also donate to Oak Cottage, which helps provide a safe residential environment at no cost for women in transition from incarceration to responsible citizenship.
